Working principle of GDPY single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher


The GDPY series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame, middle frame, lower frame, dynamic cone part, eccentric sleeve part, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and other components. The horizontal shaft is driven to rotate by the electric motor, and the horizontal shaft is driven to rotate by the eccentric sleeve through the meshing of the spiral bevel gear. Then, the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to rotate and swing, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing. The GDPY series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adjusts the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone to push the main shaft and drive the moving cone to move up and down, adjusting the moving cone and fixed cone


The spacing between cone liners is used to control the particle size of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also has overload protection function: when an unbreakable foreign object (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the accumulator works, and the hydraulic cylinder automatically causes the moving cone to fall, thereby releasing the iron block and continuing to crush, protecting the crusher.

1. Support at both ends of the spindle


The spindle is floating and supported at both ends, with high load-bearing capacity, compact structure, and reliable and stable operation.


2. Dust sealing system


Positive pressure dust prevention device effectively prevents lubricating oil pollution from damaging bearings, extending the service life of lubricating oil and equipment.


3. Transmission system


The transmission system adopts a spiral bevel gear design, with high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, and low noise.


4. Optimization design of machine frame


Adopting a new arm frame arrangement, the force is more evenly distributed, effectively avoiding the impact wear of materials on the upper frame. Adopting non-destructive testing for acceptance has increased the overall strength of the machine, improved the reliability of equipment operation, and extended the service life of the entire machine.


5. Steep cone type dynamic cone


The taper of the moving cone is steeper, resulting in higher material throughput capacity.


6. The GDPY series cone crusher adopts a structure that combines spindle floating and hydraulic lifting control to adjust the discharge port and overload protection function. While ensuring performance, it simplifies the structure of the crusher. Compared with other types of cone crushers, it does not require additional discharge port adjustment devices and iron protection devices, making the equipment structure simpler and increasing the reliability of equipment operation.


7. Advanced sliding bearing design


The sliding bearing adopts a special oil wedge design, which forms a stable lubricating oil film on the contact surface between the spindle and the bearing, avoiding direct friction, reducing heat generation, and extending the service life of the bearing.


8. A safe and reliable insurance system


Adopting a high-pressure design to meet low-pressure requirements, the equipment has a high pressure margin during normal operation, improving the reliability of the hydraulic system and ensuring timely alarm in case of machine overload.
