Product Introduction


JW European version jaw crusher is used for coarse and medium crushing operations. Working principle of JW version mode zone crusher


The electric motor drives the movable jaw assembly to reciprocate along a predetermined trajectory through a belt and pulley. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed by multiple crushing processes such as compression and rolling. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tension rod and spring. The crushed material is discharged from the discharge port.


Performance characteristics


1. The advanced movable jaw assembly makes it more durable. The movable jaw assembly is composed of high-quality cast steel parts (welded parts), and the large flywheel (pulley) adopts integral cast steel technology. The heavy-duty eccentric shaft is forged and processed, making the JW series jaw crusher highly reliable.


2. Integrated cast steel structure bearing seat. The integral cast steel bearing seat can fully fit with the frame, while greatly enhancing the radial strength of the bearing seat and reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment.


3. Larger bearing specifications and stronger load-bearing capacity. The JW series jaw crusher adopts larger and more durable bearings than crushers of the same specifications, and its higher load-bearing capacity and effective labyrinth seal design significantly extend the service life of the bearings.


4. Symmetrical "V" shaped crushing chamber. Symmetrical cavity design, elbow plate with large inclination angle, large stroke, and reasonable speed, enables larger feed particle size, higher output, more uniform particle size, and reduced jaw plate wear.


5. Safe and efficient discharge port adjustment device. Adopting a hydraulic wedge type discharge port adjustment device, it is convenient to adjust the size of the discharge port and improve the automation level of maintenance. When power interruption causes equipment to shut down with load and requires cleaning of the cavity. This system is easy to operate and reduces downtime.


6. A more reasonable dynamic teaching design, with a larger effective stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber. The JW series adopts a large centrifugal force and steep elbow plate tilt angle design, with a large stroke, suitable speed, and flywheel inertia to ensure better crushing performance.


7. Adopting a tooth shaped protective plate. The JW series European version jaw crusher adopts a new type of toothed guard plate to increase production and extend the maintenance cycle of vulnerable parts.


8. The structural design is more reasonable and the performance is more stable. The whole machine adopts a modular design, which is convenient for disassembly and transportation. The raised movable jaw toothed plate can effectively protect the movable jaw and bearing chamber, ensure smooth feeding, avoid material blockage, and achieve excellent continuous crushing performance.


9. Integrated motor base. The motor base and frame of the JW series jaw crusher are installed together, reducing the installation space and length of the "V" belt. Due to the synchronous movement of the crusher and the overall motor base, as well as the adjustable position of the pivot on the motor base, the tension of the "V" belt of the motor can be adjusted, resulting in a long service life of the "V" belt.


10. Special vibration reduction device effectively protects equipment. The rubber damping device and limit block of JW series jaw crusher absorb the peak vibration load and allow for lateral and longitudinal displacement of the crusher. Thus effectively reducing the impact of the crusher on the foundation. Unique installation system to prevent damage to the foundation of the jaw crusher caused by anchor bolts.
