working principle

When the fine sand recovery system is working, the slurry pump transports the sand water mixture to the cyclone. The fine sand that is centrifuged, graded and concentrated is provided to the vibrating screen through the sand settling nozzle. After dehydration by the vibrating screen, the fine sand and water are effectively separated. A small amount of fine sand, mud, etc. are returned to the cleaning tank through the return box. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, the weight concentration of the recovered material is 70% -85% discharged from the linear vibrating screen through the outlet. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the pump speed, changing the mortar concentration, adjusting the overflow water volume, and replacing the sand nozzle. Thus completing three functions: cleaning, dehydration, and grading.
