Vibration machine structure

It mainly consists of a screening box, exciter, suspension (or support) device, and electric motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the direct connection tape. Repair and maintenance of vibrating screen machine

1. The sieve grid should be removed regularly, and the sieve surface should be checked regularly for damage or unevenness, as well as whether the sieve holes are blocked.

2. Suggest making a support frame to hang the spare screen surface.

3. Regularly inspect the sealing strip and replace it promptly if wear or defects are found.

4. Check the screen grid clamping device every shift, and if there is any looseness, tighten it.

5. Check the connection of the feeding box for looseness in each shift. If the gap becomes larger, it may cause collision and lead to equipment rupture.

6. Check the screen support device for each shift and observe whether the hollow rubber pads have obvious deformation or delamination. When the rubber pads are damaged or excessively flattened, both hollow rubber pads should be replaced at the same time.
