working principle

Reversible crushers mainly rely on impact to crush materials. The crushing process is roughly as follows: the material enters the crusher and is crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer head. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head and rushes into the counterattack plate inside the machine at high speed. At the same time, the materials collide with each other and are repeatedly crushed in the counterattack chamber, discharged from the discharge port, achieving more efficient and low consumption.

Reversible crushing mechanism manufacturing

The PCXK series reversible hammer crusher is mainly composed of a body, rotor, impact plate, and adjustment device. It is used for crushing brittle materials with medium hardness and compressive strength not exceeding 50Mpa (1500 kg/cm2), such as coal, limestone, gypsum, soft refractory materials, etc.
