It is particularly suitable for the crushing of medium hard and corrosive materials, such as river pebbles, limestone, dolomite, quartz, coal dry stone, sintered bauxite, magnesia and other materials. Its effect is significantly better than other forms of crushing equipment, especially for the fine crushing of shaped sand.


Characteristics and advantages


During operation, the motor drives the rotor to move at high speed, and the material is fed from the inlet. The rotor causes the material to move at high speed, resulting in centrifugal force; Under the action, the material is emitted and collides with the lining plate around the rotor at high speed, crushing it. Under the counterattack of the lining plate, the material rebounds and collides with other materials. After mutual collision, eddy currents are formed between the rotor and the lining plate, which work through multiple collisions and friction, and finally discharged through the discharge port.

working principle


During operation, materials enter from the feeding hopper and freely fall onto the turntable. As the motor drives the rotor to rotate through the pulley, the materials are thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder, and then fall along the cylinder wall and collide with the high-speed rotating plate hammer to be crushed by impact. After being crushed, the materials fly towards the cylinder wall and are then crushed again or several times by impact; At the same time, during the movement of the hammer, the material falls along the cylinder wall, producing squeezing and grinding effects. Due to the installation of the disc and hammer on the shaft, the material can be crushed multiple times and discharged from the bottom periphery of the machine body.
